Amazing facilities: infinity pool, pool bar, steam room, sauna. Plentiful and adequate breakfast. Clean twin room and bathroom. Great for solo travelers
Nothing to be said.

The pool was great, and we loved hanging out there in the afternoons. The view from the hotel room was also pretty stunning, giving us a really peaceful place to relax. It was suggested by the concierge to check out the nearby park, which ended up being a highlight of the trip.
But there were too many stairs to climb, especially when carrying our luggage, which was really tiring. The service was not so great either, as staff members seemed uninterested in helping us out.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, enjoying the stunning location up on the mountain's slope in the national park area. The views were mesmerizing, with clean air and complete silence apart from the monkeys and birds providing a true escape from the city. We were impressed by the newly renovated hotel facilities, which were all operational, including the infinity pool overlooking the river and the steam room and sauna. The substantial breakfast each morning set us up for the day ahead. The staff were excellent, and we appreciated the free parking and accessible check-in desk.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel had a beautiful location up on a mountainside overlooking the city. It was surrounded by lush greenery and had mesmerizing views down to the lagoon nearby. the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was substantial with a good selection of food.
It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel due to the steep and dangerous climb up the driveway.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the beautiful scenery. The breakfast spread was plentiful and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to the beach and local hot spots.
The only downside to my stay was the steep hill leading up to the hotel which made it difficult to walk up when carrying heavy luggage. Additionally, the staff's language barrier made communication challenging at times.
